Our Privacy-First Approach

Screenshot Organizer is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data to our servers. Your screenshots and organizational data remain entirely on your device and, if you choose, in your personal iCloud account.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

• Your screenshots or images
• Screenshot metadata or categorization data
• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Device identifiers
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Location data
• Crash reports or diagnostic data
• Any data whatsoever from your use of the App

Data Storage

All data created and managed by Screenshot Organizer is stored:

Free Users

• Locally on your device only
• No cloud synchronization
• Data remains entirely under your control

Premium Subscribers

• Locally on your device
• Optionally in your personal iCloud account via CloudKit (if enabled)
• All synced data is encrypted by Apple and stored in your personal iCloud storage
• We have no access to your iCloud data
• Your iCloud data is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

How the App Works

Screenshot Organizer operates entirely on your device:

• Screenshot analysis and categorization happens locally on your iPhone
• Categories and organization structures are stored locally or in your iCloud account
• Export and sharing features use standard iOS sharing mechanisms
• No data is transmitted to our servers at any time

Third-Party Services

The App uses only Apple's services:

Apple App Store

• Processes subscription payments
• Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy
• We do not receive your payment information

Apple CloudKit (Premium Feature)

• Syncs your categories and screenshot organization across your devices
• Data is stored in your personal iCloud account
• Encrypted and managed by Apple
• Subject to Apple's iCloud Terms of Service

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe to Premium features:

• Subscription is processed through Apple's App Store
• We do not collect or store your payment information
• Apple may share limited transaction data (subscription status) necessary to provide Premium features
• We do not receive personally identifiable information from these transactions

Your Control Over Data

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete the App to remove all local data
• Disable iCloud sync at any time in Settings
• Your iCloud data can be managed through your Apple ID settings
• Canceling your subscription does not delete your data

Children's Privacy

Our App is rated 4+ and is safe for users of all ages. Because we do not collect any data, we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 or any other age group.

Data Security

Since all data remains on your device or in your personal iCloud account:

• Your device security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID) protects your data
• iCloud data is encrypted by Apple using industry-standard security measures
• We have no access to your data and therefore cannot be subject to data breaches involving your information

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Providing an in-app notification for material changes

International Users

Screenshot Organizer is available worldwide. Your data is stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your iCloud account according to Apple's data storage practices for your region.
